Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Summary

Symphony Logics, operated by Symphony Logics LLC, does not charge you for the recurring telecom services you order through us — those charges are billed by the carrier. As a result, most cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the carrier's terms. This page explains how the process typically works and where Symphony Logics can help.

Buyer's remorse and trial windows

  • Mobile: Most U.S. carriers offer a 14–30 day return window on new mobile activations and device purchases. Restocking fees may apply on returned devices.
  • Home internet & TV: Many providers offer a limited money-back guarantee (typically 30 days). Installation, activation, and taxes may not be refundable.
  • Smart home security: Monitoring agreements may include a trial period followed by a multi-year term with early-termination fees. Review the monitoring contract before signing.

The exact window, fees, and refund method are set by the applicable carrier at the time of order and will be disclosed to you before you approve the order.

How to cancel or request a refund

  1. Call Symphony Logics at (877) 530-1677. We'll pull up your order and confirm the applicable window and refund path.
  2. We'll help you contact the carrier and, where possible, initiate the cancellation or return on the call.
  3. Return any equipment (routers, receivers, devices) to the carrier using the return kit or drop-off method they provide, within the deadline they set.
  4. Refunds are issued by the carrier back to the original payment method, usually within 1–2 billing cycles.

Optional services billed by Symphony Logics

If Symphony Logics ever separately charges you for an optional service (for example, on-site setup) and you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method for any portion not yet delivered.

What is not refundable

  • Service already used (partial-month usage is typically prorated by the carrier, but not always).
  • Third-party streaming subscriptions purchased through the carrier once the trial period has ended.
  • Government fees, taxes, and regulatory surcharges collected by the carrier.
  • Gift cards and promotional credits that have been redeemed.
  • Custom or professional installation labor that has already been performed.

Devices and trade-ins

Financed devices returned within the carrier's window typically clear the remaining financing balance. Returning a device after that window may leave the remaining balance owed to the carrier. Trade-in promotional credits may stop if the associated device is returned or if qualifying service is canceled.

Chargebacks

Please call us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved directly with the carrier much faster than a card dispute.
