Our commitment

Symphony Logics, operated by Symphony Logics LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from our users. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement involving material posted on this website.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe content on this website infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) containing all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (URL preferred).
  • Your contact information: name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., the district where Symphony Logics LLC is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the original claimant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer.

Repeat infringers

Symphony Logics will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
